{"id":14,"date":"2020-09-15T14:52:09","date_gmt":"2020-09-15T12:52:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gaycenter.it\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2025-03-13T16:15:06","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T15:15:06","slug":"chi-siamo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gaycenter.it\/en\/chi-siamo\/","title":{"rendered":"The Gay Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>The <strong>Gay Center <\/strong>it is the <strong>home for all LGBT+ people (lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans)<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The <strong>Gay Center <\/strong>It is a welcoming place that promotes <strong>services, initiatives and culture <\/strong>for the<strong> well being <\/strong>he <strong>rights<\/strong> of homosexuals and transsexuals, so that people and groups can reach their <strong>full potential<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The <strong>Gay Center <\/strong>is located in the heart of <strong>Rome<\/strong>, in via Zabaglia 14 and is among the main Italian centers for services aimed at the LGBT community, welcoming the experiences of the founding organizations: Arcigay Roma, ArciLesbica Roma \u2013 today Differenza Lesbica Roma -, NPS, Azione Trans. Every week hundreds of people visit the <strong>Gay Center <\/strong>and dozens of groups meet and talk.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>One of the primary functions of the <strong>Gay Center <\/strong>is to provide an accessible space for initiative for LGBT organizations, many of which would otherwise have nowhere to go. <strong>collaboration<\/strong>, in fact, it is an opportunity for growth.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Gay Center currently manages the experimental anti-discrimination service desk for counseling and support for people belonging to the LGBT+ community for Rome Capital, as well as territorial offices at the PUAs of Municipalities I, III and VI.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il Gay Center \u00e8 la casa di tutte le persone LGBT+ (lesbiche, gay, bisex e trans).
