{"id":2480,"date":"2024-03-15T13:24:05","date_gmt":"2024-03-15T12:24:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gaycenter.it\/?page_id=2480"},"modified":"2024-05-25T14:15:41","modified_gmt":"2024-05-25T12:15:41","slug":"formazione-per-i-singoli","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gaycenter.it\/en\/formazione-per-i-singoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for individuals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you are interested in training on issues concerning the LGBTQIA+ community, the course <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>SOS Gay Help Line training<\/strong><\/span> this is the one for you.<\/p>\n<p>The training offers a<strong> theoretical and practical study on<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LGBTQIA+ identity and relationships, stereotypes and prejudices<\/strong> homophobic, <strong>gender violence<\/strong>,<strong> existing protections and rights<\/strong>, LGBT+ affirming psychoeducational support practice;<\/li>\n<li><strong>knowledge of our services<\/strong>,<strong> of the action objectives<\/strong> and management methods <strong>of the Gay Help Line<\/strong> on level I and II.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The course trains volunteers for the national anti-homotransphobia contact center so that they can collaborate as telephone and chat line operators.<\/p>\n<p>The training takes place every 6 months in April\/May and October\/November and lasts 2 weekends.<\/p>\n<p>It takes place in person at the Gay Center headquarters in Rome, in full immersion mode.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeGa4Rn3IqeuI4r6MtWZcxMLVSBQdnqRHAgh4gh02Sn52OOng\/viewform\"><strong>Fill out the form<\/strong><\/a> to apply!<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">*<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">*We will contact you one month before the course for a video call interview.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#039;re interested in learning about issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community, the SOS Gay Help Line training course is for you.
