Il servizio fornisce assistenza legale, psicologica, mediazione interculturale e attivit\u00e0 di accompagno legate allo status di rifugiato politico o richiedente protezione internazionale per motivi di orientamento sessuale o identit\u00e0 di genere.<\/p>\n

In particolare lo sportello offre colloqui di accoglienza e orientamento e prevede l\u2019accesso alle seguenti consulenze professionali:
\n– supporto legale per l\u2019esercizio dei propri diritti di permanenza nel Paese d\u2019arrivo;<\/em>
\n– supporto di counseling o psicologico con approccio etnografico e affermativo;<\/em>
\n– mediazione sociale nell\u2019accesso ai servizi sanitari, per l\u2019istruzione, la formazione, il lavoro, l\u2019accoglienza abitativa.<\/em><\/p>\n

In Italia, essere o avere comportamenti omosessuali o bisessuali o vivere come transgender non \u00e8 un reato.<\/strong>
\nPuoi richiedere gratuitamente la protezione internazionale se nel tuo paese di origine c\u2019\u00e8 un ambiente omofobico o transfobico e se hai subito violenze e\/o discriminazioni.<\/strong><\/p>\n
