WHAT IS THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT \u2013 CHANGE WORDS TO CHANGE THE WORLD<\/p>\n
\u2018'Butterfly Effect' is a free online course<\/strong> aimed at teachers of middle and high schools<\/strong> e to educators<\/strong> who work with young people aged 11 to 19. It focuses on the issues of bullying and hate speech and how to provide young people with the necessary support to prevent and combat it.<\/p>\n The program was organized by the following organizations: Cospe, Zaffiria, Lunaria, Amnesty International, the Department of Sociology and Economic Law of the University of Bologna, Carta di Roma, CoNNGI \u2013 National Coordination of New Generations, Oxfam Italia, Aidos, OSVIC, Emergency, Libera, Gay Center, and the Tuscany Region.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n WHAT YOU CAN DO INSIDE THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT<\/p>\n The thematic courses will allow you to gain knowledge about the mechanisms of creation and diffusion of hate speech, how to identify it, and how to deconstruct the stereotypes that underlie the phenomenon (racism, homophobia, lesbianism, biphobia, transphobia, sexism, religious prejudice, etc.).<\/p>\n You will have access to resources, participatory and interactive teaching tools on the topics of inclusive education, global citizenship education, and civic education, developed by the project's experts.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE EDUCATIONAL OFFER<\/p>\n 1 WEBINAR<\/strong> of in-depth thematic analysis with the intervention of experts in the sector.<\/p>\n 1 ONLINE TRAINING COURSE<\/strong> in 5 modules, on Oxfam's Moodle e-learning platform<\/p>\n 1st WORKSHOP<\/strong> in the presence of in-depth study of a specific topic among those covered in the online course<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE ATELIER IN THE PRESENCE OF GAY CENTER<\/p>\n Gay Help Line uses the service's experience in the educational, counseling and family mediation fields to offer teachers and school educators an atelier<\/strong>, or a In-person workshop on combating homophobic and transphobic bullying<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The course addresses the issues of gender identification and affectivity, to offer reliable information and tools for dialogue with boys and girls, to recognize bullying situations.<\/p>\n The workshop lasts 5 hours and takes place in the afternoon at the Gay Center.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n TO REGISTER<\/p>\n To register for the ONLINE COURSE <\/u>Please complete the pre-registration form at these links by October 1, 2023:<\/p>\n Link: https:\/\/governance.pubblica.istruzione.it\/PDGF\/private\/letturaListaIniziativaFormativa\/84700?token=<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you want to subscribe Also <\/strong>at the ATELIER in Rome<\/u> Please complete the pre-registration form at this link by October 1, 2023:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ADDITIONAL INFO<\/p>\n Places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n The course, which is completely free, is accredited by the Ministry of Education and provides training credits.<\/p>\n The ONLINE COURSE<\/strong> will take place starting from October 9, 2023.
