\nIn recent years, based on the International Classification of Diseases-11, professional institutions have called for a paradigm shift in health services for trans*, intersex, and gender diverse people. Following the Standards of Care 8 published in 2022 by the American Psychiatric Association, We demand the need for gender-based approaches<\/strong>, both in the relationship between patients and healthcare personnel, and in setting up intersectional, affirmative and multidisciplinary prevention and treatment pathways.<\/i><\/i>The training day includes:
\n\u2013 a focus on the sexual and reproductive health of transgender people<\/strong>: prevention, awareness and appropriateness of interventions
\n\u2013 an in-depth look at the good practices in healthcare relationships<\/strong> with trans*, intersex and gender diverse people
\n\u2013 the state of the art on gender-based right to health<\/strong>: risk factors in the breakdown of the therapeutic alliance. Some virtuous realities composed of health professionals, activists of the LGBTQ+ community and experts, capable of applying an affirmative approach to trans* health, will be presented.<\/p>\n

Registration is open to all interested parties and is recommended for healthcare workers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
