Less than two days after the Rainbow Colosseum metro station in Rome, installed by Netflix for Pride Month, was damaged, a gesture that demonstrates the widespread violence and hatred against LGBT people.
The perpetrators of this act must be identified as soon as possible by the competent authorities using the subway cameras. This act is just the tip of the iceberg of the violence LGBT people face on a daily basis. Just two weeks ago, evidence of this was demonstrated by the vandalization of the rainbow bench with the Gay Help Line number 800 713 713 in Montesacro.
