ROMA: MUNICIPIO XI INSTALLA TARGHE PER LA COMUNITÀ LGBT+ CON GAY HELP LINE 800 713 713

In the Municipio XI of Rome Capital have been installed 20 plaques in the area aimed at the LGBT+ community with the Gay Help Line 800 713 713 service, in addition to a campaign that reached about 6,000 social media accounts and also included the display of several posters. The campaign was carried out by Municipio XI with Gay Center, which manages the contact center service against homophobia Gay Help Line 800 713 713 within the scope of the project PUA LGBT+ in several strategic locations across the country, with the aim of offering an accessible and inclusive service to the LGBT+ community.

The PUA LGBT+ in collaboration with Gay Help Line 800 713 713 It is aimed at anyone who lives or is domiciled in Municipio XI, providing assistance, support, and guidance on available social and health services. The service is located at the Municipio XI Social Services Office, at Via della Magliana 296, and is open to the public on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Services offered include reception and information, along with listening and support to identify the most appropriate solutions, as well as addressing personal needs and, if necessary, referral to secondary services.

The PUA plaques have been placed in key locations in the Municipio XI to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility to the service.
Among the sites where plaques have already been installed and informational materials distributed are the Marconi Library, several local pharmacies, such as Cianci, Petito, Apolife, Portuense, Centonze, Angelini, and Muratella, and secondary schools such as Keplero and Papareschi, including their branches. The Trullo market has also been involved in the project, along with other public facilities, such as the Corviale Swimming Pool. 

Furthermore, informational materials were also distributed in other places of interest in the municipality, such as “Calcio Sociale” and “Aurelia Nuoto”.

The LGBT+ PUA and the Gay Help Line are essential tools for offering concrete support and building a more inclusive and welcoming community for everyone."”
