Butterfly Effect

Effetto Farfalla
The 'butterfly effect' is based on the idea that small changes in initial conditions produce large changes in the long-term behavior of a system.
The Butterfly Effect project aims to strengthen positive behaviors in young people aged 11 to 19 to counter hate speech and discrimination and promote respect for all differences.

As part of this project, a manual was developed that includes educational itineraries to combat all forms of hatred and prejudice against the essential characteristics of every person.
The Manual is finally online, available to educators, teachers and educational figures who would like to use it as a tool for reflection and activation with children.

In particular, Gay Center contributed to the manual with “Rainbow Workshop,” a program aimed at students that promotes gender respect in emotional relationships and offers support to young LGBT+ people (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer) to combat bullying within the school context.
