To be or Being recognized as LGBTQIA+ people can lead to less protective or more oppressive working conditions.

The Gay Help Line report highlights that, out of 21,000 contacts, the 18,3% these are cases of discrimination in the workplace. Of these cases, 54% was triggered by the’outing by colleagues, the 34% from decisions made by superiors or managers, the 12% in its relationship with the public.

That's why Gay Center offers training to companies, sharing tools to deconstruct stereotypes and prejudices homophobic, providing knowledge on workplace law.
