Gay Help Line Laboratory It is the training hub for professionals in the helping relationship and guardianship system who wish to make their skills available to the contact center and volunteer.
It provides ongoing training in specific areas of professional development. We train counselors, psychologists and psychotherapists, family mediators and social workers so that they can collaborate with our service.
Training in the social field It is also provided for external associations and services and aims to train professionals in the care of LGBTQIA+ people. in vulnerable conditions or victims of homophobic discrimination or violence.
