Sunday, November 20, 9:30 am – 2 pm | online at moodle Gay Help Line

The course aims to deepen the knowledge and skills of social, health and psycho-educational workers, so that they can best perform their role as "“sentries” against all forms of rejection and violence based on gender, sexual orientation and gender identity.

The following will be able to participate:

– who collaborates on an operational level with the Gay Help Line contact center, in its dual dimension of listening desk and direct support center for people.

– professionals who welcome the needs of LGBTQI+ people, on an educational level (teachers, educators), psychological (psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors), social (social workers, social operators), health (social-health workers).

The topics covered will allow participants to analyze the dynamics of homotransphobic discrimination and hatred, understanding their developmental contexts, forms, and effects. The crucial vulnerability factors of victims of homotransphobia will also be explored: internalized stigma, internal noise and emotional dysregulation, the possibility of self-determination, and access to healthcare services.

By filling out the form you will receive the program and instructions for participation.

PS. Registration will be considered valid only if this form is filled out in its entirety.
